Fees & Costs

Our primary aim is to offer our clients an excellent and inclusive quality service for their needs. The best way to utilise our expertise is to agree a monthly retainer for our service. This can be as little £50 per month for a sole trader in the first year.

A business with between 3-5 employees will be charged £75 per month while a business with 5-10 employees will be charged £100 per month depending on the type of business.

A business with over 10 employees will charged at £150 per month subject to assessment.

We are can accept instructions on individual cases and costs will be discussed and agreed beforehand. Our normal charge out rate is £50 and never more £100 per hour.

Any costs payable to courts and tribunal will be notified in advance. If we feel that counsel or other expert needs to be instructed, we will discuss this first and obtain quotes for the work for your approval.
